Mercy Life Center, developed and owned by HACE, provides comprehensive medical, health and social services that enable elders from the community to age at home, as independently as possible, for as long as desired and feasible. The LIFE Center offers one convenient location where the interdisciplinary care team can provide preventive healthcare as well as observe and respond to changes in each elder’s health.

In addition to medical and nursing care, LIFE also provides services that enhance the quality of participants’ lives. These services include recreational activities, educational programs, supportive counseling, help with personal care, hot meals and snacks. Transportation is provided on vans that can accommodate wheelchairs. All medical care, including specialty care such as dental, eye, foot, and psychiatric care is available at the center. Participants are transported to other specialists when needed.
