Villas de HACE

Villas De HACE, completed in 1992, provides affordable rental housing to low-income families and also served to stimulate other community development work in the Ludlow neighborhood. This housing development offers two and three bedroom units to families. The design consists of two buildings with 12 units each and a center courtyard for the use of the residents. Funding for Villas de HACE was provided by the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and investor equity provided by the National Equity Fund.
