HACE’s Good Lands Trust Awarded 1st Place in the Philadelphia Foundation’s Economic Prosperity Grant Competition.

Rebuild Executive Director Nicole Westerman today announced the award of two multi-million dollar grants to carry out major renovations to the Barrett Playground in Logan and the Rivera Recreation Center/Mann Older Adult Center in Fairhill.

“We have been working in this community for over 35 years… we set out to transform the physical landscape of the neighborhood.”

New construction supportive and affordable housing for independent older adults (age 62+), offering beautiful 1 bedroom units. All units are fully equipped with modern kitchens, bathroom, and flooring.
